Are you open all year round?
- Yes, both holiday properties and The Clocktower are available all year round .
Can we bring pets to the accommodation?
- Yes, we are happy to accept well behaved dogs although we do ask owners to keep them under control bearing in mind our own dog, cat and completely free ranging chickens.
Can you provide catering whilst we are on holiday?
- Yes, we can cater for a special dinner or other meal or we can arrange for full time catering .
Do you have ample parking?
- Yes, there is a lovely, landscaped parking area which can take over 60 cars.
Are you easy to find?
- We are about 3 miles from J22/M5 near St Mary’s Church, East Brent. We can send you a map detailing how to find us but don’t put our Postcode into a SatNav system;TA9 4HZ will take you to Church Road.
Do you have disabled access?
- The Clocktower has disabled access and a disabled toilet for our less able guests.
Can you cater for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs?
- Yes, as long as we have notice .
Can we bring our own wine/drinks?
- Yes .
Do you have break-out rooms for conferences and seminars?
- Yes, we have four smaller upstairs rooms.
Is your swimming pool heated?
- Yes, during the summer months of opening .
Can we borrow tennis racquets, croquet set?
- Yes, but we do ask for a deposit.
Are children welcome at events?
- Yes but they do need to be supervised in the grounds; there is a deep fish pond.
Are there any ground floor bedrooms?
- No but there is a double sofa bed in the Sitting/Dining Room of The Gatehouse.
Is wi-fi available?
- Yes .
Are bedding and towels included?
- Yes.
Are the rented property kitchens fully equipped?
- Yes we have well equipped kitchens with pots and pans appropriate for the number of guests and even a food processor in Rossholme Country House and an electric hand whisk in The Gatehouse.
Do you have garden furniture?
- Yes, both properties and The Clocktower have garden furniture available for guests as well as barbecue areas.
Does secluded mean isolated?
- No, we are nestled in lee of the Knoll on the edge of village. It is a wonderfully sheltered and private location but it is not isolated.
Are there any local pubs which serve food?
- Yes, one within walking distance and several just a short drive away.
