Rossholme Country Holidays has evolved as the part of Rossholme which now offers  Country House Holidays with self catering accommodation for up to twenty people.

The Tudor part of this beautiful former Vicarage provides large, airy south facing rooms over three floors and lovely grounds at the foot of Brent Knoll.   A private sweeping drive with lawns and landscaped gardens leads up to the main house which has now been carefully divided into two sizeable properties, each enjoying both private and shared facilities and grounds.     

On the ground floor,  a clematis covered porch opens into a welcoming Hall with an open fireplace.  This leads into a parquet floored corridor with two stunning bay windowed rooms leading off, downstairs cloakroom, a back door leading into a shared courtyard  and a large oak staircase. The first of the bay windowed rooms is a Sitting Room with open fire and the second, an enormous family sized, new, well equipped country style Kitchen/ Dining Room. 

The first floor offers two double, one twin and one single bedrooms, all south facing, except the single.  The first of these – de Salis -  is a really large bay windowed double room, overlooking the croquet lawn and with a wonderful view of the gardens and the Knoll.  A bathroom adjoins it and there is a separate WC. There is an additional child’s bed in this room.  Churchey , with a single bed and /or cot is next door. Another large double bedroom – Bockett - overlooks the Croquet Lawn and a door can connect it to the slightly smaller twin bedroom – Byss - next door. These two rooms share a large shower room with twin washbasins and WC.  An additonal separate WC and wash area is found opposite.   An additional single pull out bed can be placed in Bockett.                                                   

On the top floor are a further five bedrooms, accessed by two narrow staircases. Four of these face south, (two double – Marwicke and Thurlby,  two twin – Whyting and Yeatman and one with three beds and room for a further pull out bed - Northyngton).  Marwicke and Northyngton share a bathroom with WC, bath and shower and the other three bedrooms share a smaller shower room with washbasin and WC. 

The bedrooms are all named after former Vicars of the Parish of East Brent.

The properties are set within five acres of private, well maintained grounds;  they include a hard tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool which are available for use by guests during the summer months as well as a private barbecue area.
