ROSSHOLME COUNTRY HOUSE/THE GATEHOUSE BOOKING FORM

Terms and Conditions
We are happy to accept two pets in Rossholme Country House and one in The Gatehouse on the strict understanding that they will be controlled at all times within the grounds bearing in mind that this is home to our own dog, cat and free ranging chickens. There is an additional charge of £16 per pet.
A deposit of £100 for Rossholme Country House or £25 for The Gatehouse is required with this Booking Form; the booking will not be confirmed until cleared funds have been received. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the booking or Rossholme Country Holidays reserves the right to re-let the accommodation without refund of the deposit. In the event of cancellation, 50% refund of the deposit will be given if notice is received in writing 90 days before the start of the booking.
A damage deposit of £200 for RCH and £100 for The Gatehouse will be required on arrival; under normal circumstances, this will be returned before departure or it will be returned to the above address, unless another payee and address are given. All or part of the deposit may be retained at the discretion of the Proprietors, if the premises are not left in a satisfactory condition.
