Rossholme Country House
The Tudor part of the beautiful former vicarage has been renovated whilst retaining original character, to provide spacious holiday accommodation in a picture postcard village close to the coastal regions of West Somerset. The cottage is situated in 5 acres of lawns and landscaped gardens, with shared use of a hard tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool during the summer, and a private barbecue area. A function room seating 60 is available on site by prior arrangement with the owner, and catering can be arranged.
On the ground floor, a clematis covered porch opens into a welcoming Hall with an open fireplace. This leads into a parquet floored corridor with two stunning bay windowed rooms leading off, downstairs cloakroom, a back door leading into a shared courtyard and a large oak staircase. The first of the bay windowed rooms is a Sitting Room with open fire and the second, an enormous family sized, new, well equipped country style Kitchen/ Dining Room.

The first floor offers two double, one twin and one single bedrooms. The first of these is a really large bay windowed double room, overlooking the croquet lawn and with a wonderful view of the gardens and the Knoll. On the top floor are a further five bedrooms, accessed by two narrow staircases.

The Gatehouse
The Gatehouse is an attractive two storey holiday home, also within the Rossholme grounds. The property has shared use of a hard tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool during the summer, and a private barbecue area.
